1. Bank Tellers: As the frontline ambassadors of Capitec Bank, tellers play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. From processing transactions to assisting with inquiries, bank tellers ensure that every customer interaction is efficient and memorable.
2. Cleaner: We believe that a clean and welcoming environment is essential for providing a positive customer experience. Cleaners at Capitec Bank are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our branches, ensuring that our facilities are always presentable and inviting.
3. Security Guard: Safety and security are paramount in all aspects of our operations. Security guards at Capitec Bank help maintain a secure environment for our customers, employees, and assets, contributing to the overall peace of mind of everyone who visits our branches.
4. Bank Admin: Behind the scenes, our administrative teams play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branches. Requirements:

To succeed in these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Grade 10 to 12 / Matric qualification
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic work environment

Salary Range:
