The Administrative Assistant provides support to executives, managers, and other professionals by performing a wide range of administrative duties. These duties include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files and documents, answering phone calls and emails, and providing general administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations for executives and other professionals.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages and responding to inquiries as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Maintain and organize files, both electronic and paper, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure that office equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure that projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed, ensuring that they are comfortable and that their needs are met.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in office administration preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, with knowledge of office procedures and software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, managers, and other professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, as needed, to meet the needs of the business.
