- Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Assist with menu development and recipe testing, contributing to the growth and success of the restaurant
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a cook, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality control
