Driving Instructor Needed In Canada By Manitoba Public Insurance
As a driving instructor, you will be responsible for providing quality training to students on driving skills, traffic laws and safety precautions. You will be required to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to become safe and competent drivers on the road.
Location: Ile des Chênes, MB
Salary: 20.00 to 44.50 hourly (to be negotiated) 4 to 28 hours per week
Terms of employment Term or contract: Part time Evening, Weekend

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-class and on-road training sessions for students, covering various aspects of driving, traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of students and tailor instruction to their individual needs
• Provide feedback and guidance to students on areas that require improvement
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
• Ensure a safe and professional learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with other instructors and administrative staff to improve training programs and curriculum
• Stay up to date with changes in traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain and keep vehicles in good condition and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driving instructor or equivalent
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to teach, motivate and coach students
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to adapt to different teaching methods and styles.
