We are seeking a hardworking and experienced farm worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working on a vegetable farm. As a farm worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables following standard operating procedures
- Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and other issues, and report any problems to the farm manager
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools, including tractors, tillers, and irrigation systems
- Clean and maintain farm buildings, equipment, and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist with the loading and unloading of produce and supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate protective gear and using equipment and tools safely
- Other duties as assigned by the farm manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working on a vegetable farm
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and tools
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
