Once your email is received, our team will begin the verification process. This typically takes 2 to 5 working days.
You will receive a response from an official Capitec Bank email address confirming that your claim has been processed and providing the next steps for payout.

After your details are confirmed, we will arrange for the transfer of your winnings directly to your South African bank account. You will be asked to confirm your banking details only after verification is complete.
