Duties & Responsibilities
• To consistently mix and invent drinks
• To promote their establishments
• To be aware of the financial goals of their establishments
• Keeping the bar area clean and orderly
• Arranging displays of stock and glassware
• Preparing garnishes
• Keeping an inventory of coffees, teas, beans, powders, milk, resale etc
• Ordering supplies
• Operating computerized point of sales systems
• Collecting payments for drinks and balance cash receipts; manage POS
• Knowledge on Hygiene requirements for a Barista operated area
• May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility

Qualifications
• Minimum matric
• Barista course - advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
