Job description includes but not limited to: -

Property Acquisition person required in Frogfoot, Based in Bloemfontein, that will be responsible for:

Securing FTTB (Fibre to the Business)

Securing Fibre to the Home (FTTH) opportunities, Multi Dwelling Units Buildings, Complexes and Estates

To increase pipeline for new FTTB and FTTH builds

Manage documentation and record accurate information on system when documenting the opportunities

Ensure the process is driven and follow through per project keeping the Landowners informed of progress.

Keeping relationship healthy with clients throughout the term of the agreement

Ensure to collect all relevant tenant information and marketing opportunities to optimise penetration in precincts.

Acquisition of Node sites, identifying suitable candidates to lease a portion of property to install a node container

Reporting back to peers are essential

Minimum requirements

Grade 12

Project Management degree or diploma

Five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, consulting or corporate development

Skills

Ability to run with multiple projects – Project management experience will be preferable.

Ability to negotiate with Body Corporates/Trustees/Home Owner associations and Landlords.

Strong sales background

Need to maintain relationships with clients/landlords

Hard working and dedicated to the course
