Small company requires a reception lady that will attend to the basic account and general office admin duties.
This position is a permanent position with some basic on the job training in preparing SARS schedules, MIBFA schedules, wage sheets, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and screening of calls
Staff Travel arrangements: flights, car rentals, accommodation
Raising invoices and statements
Reconciliations
Preparing wage sheets
Preparing schedules for month-end payments
Filing
Ordering of office supplies
Attend to vehicle licenses
PA duties
Normal day-to-day office duties
Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
Computer literate
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Switchboard knowledge
Good communication skills
Accurate typing skills
