A well-known Cellular company is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team.

Remuneration:

To be discussed in interview

Requirements:

Grade 12
3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Experience in the Cellular or IT industry will be beneficial
Customer Service or IT qualification will be beneficial
Good knowledge and understanding of relevant computer applications
ICT product knowledge
Ability to supervise and lead a team
Driver’s License
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent professional services to customers
Ensure queries is resolved efficiently and effectively
Interact with customers to provide support where necessary
Ensure all orders, forms, applications and requests are processed without delay
Ensure effective administration management.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries with attention to detail and accuracy
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
