Our client is seeking an In-house Qualified Attorney / Legal Advisor. Johannesburg (Northern suburbs) based financial services house seeks a Qualified Attorney – environment a dynamic and entrepreneurial one.

Qualification and Experience:

1 – 2 years post admission experience.
Must be admitted as an Attorney.
LLB Degree.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able to do high level commercial in-house work for various business units including: trade finance, corporate finance, insurance broking, forex, freight forwarding and procurement.
Writing opinions.
Draft / comment on various agreements.
Draft legal opinions on commercial matters.
Provide support across various business units.
Negotiating and drafting all forms of commercial contracts.
Advising on outsourced labour related matters.
Assisting with internal policy development.
