Bakery Manager needed in Pretoria East Area. Must have at least 3 years experience in production of bread/rolls as well as confectionery.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in the formulation and costing of recipes, merchandising, department gross profits, stock rotation, hygiene, procurement, etc.

Must be highly skilled and creative in the presentation of products and signage.

Good with customers and managing of Staff and their development.
