Required Qualifications
Ideally the candidate should have an undergraduate degree.
Job Description
As a Client Support Consultant, you will engage with new & existing clients for funding enquires & applications, as well and ongoing client support. This role also engages primarily with the Credit team and with various stakeholders within the business. The role reports to Credit Operations Manager.
The candidate will be expected to but not limited to:
Acting as a first point of contact for all Client enquiries & queries
Spartan generates new business enquiries/applications for funding online marketing & advertising and via our partner network - you will be providing the client support & handling related queries
Providing professional service to clients and ensuring any requests are executed to the highest standard
Initiate discussions with potential clients that enquire or apply for financing from Spartan
Managing relationships and nurture partnerships
Track, evaluate and regularly report on pipeline of client financing enquiries & applications
Assisting & working with the Credit Operations Manager and the Credit Analyst team ensuring the all requirements are fulfilled and expectations are met
Promote and reinforce the role of Spartan as the financier to SMEs, constantly improving relationships with entrepreneurs and potential partners
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 3 years of client support/service experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Dedicated team player
Analytical mind, with good organizational skills
Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
Techno savvy, with exposure to CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
