Absa idirect is looking to employ a Collections Agent to execute on debt collection action with direct client interaction in accordance with laid down policies, procedures and Fit for Processing requirements.
MUST BE FAIS FIT AND PROPER AS PER FSB
Essential/Basic Qualifications
Education and experience:
Matric
Two (2) years Outbound Call Centre experience in the Insurance industry
One (1) year Debt Collection & Customer Service experience
One (1) year working experience in Short term.
150 Full Credits in short term insurance
RE 5 (Obtained)

Writing Skills Level

Debt collection (Legal and Compliance understanding).
