What You'll Bring:
The Impact You’ll Make:
As a tactical and technical resource, you will contribute to various global compliance programs managed by the Compliance Program Management team (CPM) including Policy Governance, Training, Records Management and Issue Management. You will be assigned to various projects and programs based on the needs and priorities of the larger CPM organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of programs, showcase skills to leadership within and outside of the CPM organization and offers high growth potential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
System work will include inputting information into various compliance systems manually or through upload processes that include filling out templates, organizing information and saving documents within a defined system folder structure.
Performing quality control steps to ensure system and report accuracy.
Assisting with inputting, gathering and summarizing key metrics used in various reports.
Occasionally assisting team members with invoice processing.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Operations or Project Management role.
Ability to learn, navigate and fully utilize various software systems/programs including Compliance 360 (C360), Coupa, M365 (Teams), Excel and PowerPoint.
System learning, administration, data entry and tactical project execution.
Basic administrator skills, including but not limited to running reports, troubleshooting, organizing and manipulating data in MS Office products (like Excel).
Ability to perform data entry, both manual and via data import tools.
Ability to perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Must be flexible to rapid change.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Self-starter, strong collaboration skills.
Prior experience working with a globally located team (onsite/offshore model).

3+ years of experience with system administrative tasks (preference for experience with Compliance 360 or similar platform).
Project Management experience and/or PMP certification a plus.
