Continue to APPLY!We looking for someone team oriented, time saving skills, ability to multi-task and handle pressure, knowledge of Microsoft office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They must be an excellent planner, be able to pay attention to detail. They must dress, conduct and communicate in a very professional manner. To top it off have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements for the role:
Office Administration/Secretarial Diploma with 2 β 5 years relevant working experience
Certificate in Report writing and Business English
Report and Minute writing capabilities
2 β 5 yearsβ experience within Company Secretariat will be an advantage
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Duties:
Plan, prepare and organise meetings and presentations
Manage the calendar: schedule appointments, diary arrangements, meetings and personal appearances
Responsible for overall secretarial support: minutes of meeting, email, etc so as to ensure smooth flow of work
Assist in administrative day to day activities. - Handles details and performs administrative functions based on understanding of company policy, executive's views and company strategy - May act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
Responsible for upkeep of the Company Secretary Office conducting activities such as typing of documents, filing, answering phones, ordering supplies, mailing correspondence or packages, or other services.
Responsible for travel management of the Company Secretary and team
Assist with payment of requisitions, invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
Ensure renewal of memberships of professional bodies / associations and other Administrative work.
Stationary management for the Company secretary office
Coordinate and follow-up with Departments for timely execution of tasks.
Oversees administrative procedures and processes for assigned area.
Examine workflow and revise processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
Ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations
Prepare Reports and Presentations.
Participate in other assignments given from time to time.
