The E-Commerce Product Co-ordinator is tasked with ensuring all e-commerce platforms run smoothly. They are to maintain, develop and introduce e-commerce innovations and features for improvement of product promotions, product development, sales and the end user experience.
Responsibilities:
Catalogue Management
Management of product portfolio, category and brand pages
Link products for cross sell-out on E-commerce site
Monitor and improve catalogue with weekly reporting on product performance
Provide Remedial action for non performing products
Ensure Correct SEO practices are followed
Perform Organic Keyword research to improve visibility of E-commerce listings
Liaise with Operations, development and supply chain team to ensure optimal stock is available and aligned with existing banners, promotions and marketing campaigns
Liaise with design and development team to update images, product content and description for online listings - upload products onto the website.
Online Merchandising
Work with development team to ensure SEO, tagging, imagery and marketing channels are aligned across E-commerce platforms
Provide ultimate customer journey through effective merchandising, category creation and accuracy of listings online.
Provide support for key promotions
E-Commerce Audits
Customer Support
Responding to customer reviews across E-commerce platforms
Management of client queries from E-commerce support system
Monthly social media brand, website and customer survey reporting
Innovate, introduce and develop offerings across all E-commerce platforms to improve customer acquisition
Educational Qualifications:
Matric
Higher Certificate/Advance Diploma/Degree/B Com Management or Relevant Qualification
Work Experience Required:
The roles require a minimum of 1-4 year experience in E-Commerce
