What are the responsibilities of the Role?

Preparation of:
General arrangement drawings
Electrical Schematics/ drawings
Detailed manufacturing drawings
Component lists
Quotation requests for components
General drawing office work:
Maintenance of drawing lists/schedules
General drawing office administration
Technical support to sales during tender stage
Technical support to customers - solution optimisation
Engineering quality control, e.g. QCP’s & inspection
What Do I need to qualify?

Minimum qualification: Electrical engineering

National diploma with 5 years drawing office experience OR
BTech with 3 years drawing experience.
Cad drawing experience, preferably AutoCAD

General engineering production processes knowledge would be advantageous.

Capabilities:

Methodical and out-the-box thinker
Self-motivated
Enthusiastic and detailed orientated
Must have respect and be able to work both independently and within a team at times
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
