Job description includes but not limited to: -
Creating of new Reports.
Ensure that existing Reports are generated and populated.
Escalate problems to the appropriate Department/Manager for resolutions.
Interaction with Departmental heads for submitting required information.
Minimum requirements
Grade 12
Certificate or Diploma in Finance or related
1 Year of Customer service experience in Telecom environment
1 Year of VBA Development experience
1 Year of MsSQL/MySQL experience
Experience working with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/IE/Chrome
