Create, build, grow, and maintain good and solid customer relationships. Monitor Customer satisfaction and take action where appropriate. Ensure contract compliance processes are implanted and monitored between business and Client and vice versa

Prepare Material and participate in year-on-year contract reviews, contracts negotiations (where necessary) and contract training.

Ensure revenue collection through accurate and timeous billing and reporting.

Ensure that all vehicles are accounted for through proper asset reconciliation.

Manage Change controls by ensuring that contract adjustments continuously reflect changes in customer needs and operational requirements.

Build and manage a competent and committed team. 2. Identify gaps in the solution/s offered and ensure appropriate action is taken.

Mining for New Business within the business of current clients

Source New Business through new clients and opportunities in the market.

Ability to present the business value proposition by working closely with the business development team/s where necessary (or required). 3. Ensure monthly/weekly/daily reports are submitted to clients(including ad hoc reporting).

Effectively utilise reports, manuals and agreements to identify and resolve business and customer queries as well as implement new business strategies/processes. 4. Service performance and administration – liaise with internal divisions to ensure contract compliance on services like quotations, vehicles orders, maintenance, billing, restructures and extension etc.

Knowledge and understanding of the value chain in contract andcustomer management.

Qualifications: - Grade 12 Transport Diploma/Degree qualification or minimum 3 years Fleet/Transport Management industry experience Minimum code 8 Driver License Compulsory Experience: -

At least 3 or 5 Years’ experience in the fleet Management industry/ Transport Management Industry
