Welcome all guests by name, if they’re regular, greet guests and visitors with a smile and a courteous, professional approach
Ensure every guest is looked after upon arrival and that guests are given five-star treatment upon arrival and throughout their stay
Reserve and book room using attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Take payments through cash, credit and debit cards
Maintain confidentiality of guesthouse data and guest information
Specific Skills/Qualifications:
Matric certificate
Two to three years of experience within a frontline reception role
A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and engaging
Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, being a calming influence on the front of house team
Organised and guest service focused
