Job Description:

The Group provide diversified financial products to their clients and operate in a number of selected markets globally. This role will be responsible for the legal and compliance function for all the business units and entities within one of the clusters.


Education:

Law degree essential. (BCom Law, LLB, B.Proc)
PG degree in Law and/or Compliance qualification (PG Diploma in Compliance Management ) will be advantageous
Admitted Attorney in South Africa would be advantageous
Registered Compliance Officer with the FSB or in the process of registering would also be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5-10 years legal and/or compliance experience essential
Strong managerial experience, at least 5 years
Financial Services experience essential, ideally within long term insurance
