3 years related experience in an engineering environment.

Liaise with customers to their service and spares enquiries.

Prepare quotations on BAAN as per the SOP.

Assist with spares forecasting.

Submit quotations to customers for spares required.

Acknowledge and sign off the purchase order proposals on a daily basis.

Load customer orders on BAAN as per the SOP.

Receipting of stock from head office and inventory reconciliation.

Perform stock cycle counts on BAAN as per the SOP.

Debtors collection and Creditors payments when required.

Effectively work with all departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, branches and marketing) to ensure all customers queries, quotations and orders are effectively and efficiently processed and managed.

Apply LEAN principles to operations.

Relevant tertiary qualification
