R12 000 - R20 000 a month - Full-time, Permanent

Ouur client based in Edenvale Gauteng (East Rand) is seeking to employ a person that can assist them in their internal Sales department.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Receive customer orders (Via telephone, WhatsApp, and Email).

· Picking Slips and delivery notes

· Dispatch (coordinating and managing drivers and delivery schedules and courier management

· Depot management

· Invoice capturing

· Product label procurement

· Warranty badges and cards

· Red flagging and COD customer order monitoring

· Telephone management

Minimum requirements to apply for the opportunity:

Education:

· Matric /Grade 12 qualification

· Other relevant qualifications are an advantage

Experience and skills:

· Excellent communication skills, fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)

· Internal Sales experience

· Experience in tele-sales, order taking in the automotive industry is an advantage

· Computer literacy MS Office knowledge and skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) is essential and experience on SAGE is an advantage

· 2 – 3 years’ experience in Tele Sales

· Tele Sales and Orders experience in the Automotive sector is an advantage

· Numerical skills

· Able to multitask

· Able to work in a pressured environment.
