KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Receive and resolve all IT related matters on a daily basis, eg. Network, printer or general pc issues.
Provide telephonic support to all end users within the company
Remote desktop support.
Provide support for software related issues. (MS Office, WPS, G-Suite, TMS, etc.)
Strict control of all IT equipment (Cellphones, laptops, etc.) IT Register.
Repairs and maintenance of all IT equipment. (Including PBX / VOIP system)
Perform backups of laptops and mobile devices.
Perform Google Audits
Oversee vehicle bookings and maintenance.
Create and maintain e-mail and google accounts.
Setup of laptops and mobile devices
Take charge of building maintenance matters.
Obtain quotes and completion of purchase orders.
Oversee laptop and mobile device upgrades.
Rollout of new software.
Take charge of all insurance matters, eg. Maintenance of insurance schedule
Education & Experience:

Grade 12
A minimum of two years’ experience in IT support
Sound understanding of networks
Advanced knowledge of all major computer software (MS Windows, Office, WPS Office)
Knowledge of G-Suite and related products.
Knowledge of computer hardware.
Knowledge of Andriod based operating systems.
Qualifications like A+, N+, etc will be an advantage.
