Jo Borkett Fashions are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to assist with head office customer sales processing and receiving of stock from overseas.

Candidate needs to have attention to detail and be organized and methodical in their work.

The roles would include the following:

Create sales orders for clients from orders placed
Check invoice to statements at month end
Credit clients for returned goods
Create sales orders for on line orders
Cost shipments and GRV them on the system
Follow up on actual goods received
File all paperwork
Pull SBT transactions from online system and generate customer sales order
Assist with stock count
