R150 000 a month - Part-time, Temporary

A well-known company is looking for an energetic Junior Logistics Planner to join their team in Germiston Johannesburg

Receive orders from customer service / logistics coordinator , check feasibility and determine best execution solution.
Ensure all orders received are planned for delivery.
Analyse loads on trucks
Coordinating logistics between warehouse and destination.
Liaising with customer service and transporters.
Managing loads and pick-ups.
Attend to queries received for released orders not dispatched.
Manage and enforce order cut off times.
Execute the required changes to the plan and ensure change requests are on mail.
Communicate estimated or late deliveries timeously to customer service.
Compile report on released orders that are dispatched.
Overseeing quotes for transport daily
Optimizing transport cost
Daily selecting of the best third-party transporter for goods in different region and areas.
Reporting daily to W/L manager on delivery cost
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: R150,000.00 per month

Diploma (Required)
Experience:

Microsoft Office Package and ERP Systems: 2 years (Required)
