Inbound and outbound logistics coordination
SAP experience essential
Channel export documentation to correct parties for clearing purposes
Ensuring all licenses are up to date
Local orders (creation of local outbounds and commercial invoicing)
International orders (Receive instructions from expediters to process GRV and CI on International orders, ensure checks are done on shipping and SAP before processing)
Ensure shipping documentation is sent to 3rd party (BV) in order for CRF to be issued
Create Inbound and Commercial Invoice
Create shipping notification on CFR orders
