Key Accountabilities:
Essential in ensuring corporate marketing guidelines are followed and implemented in all different platforms and actions.
General marketing related administration tasks including but not limited to: requesting quotations, assessing different options, creating PO, follow through on supplier payments, delivery dates etc.
Marketing material: Use relevant tools to adjust existing marketing material or create new material (brochures, leaflets, email signatures etc), ensuring material is available when needed, sorting, filing, storage of material.
Website management: Timely updates of website and feedback on success rate.
Social Media marketing: Part of monthly planning meeting, approving social media posts.
Maintenance of the marketing budget by updating tasks/costs that have been completed
Develop proposals / approaches of the (commercial) communication or promotion of brands and products, on the basis of the established communication strategy and communication annual plans, or according to the briefing and action memos, so that the marketing communication is arranged according to defined principles and requirements.
take note of the views of clients about their product / products
discussing principles, requirements, wishes and introducing ideas about forms of communication (eg leaflets, brochures, events)
drafting and discussing draft communications plan, for approval by department management.
Ensure the implementation of approved communication plans into action plans, communication products and events, and for the realization thereof according to the established communication framework
Coordinating assignments: establishing planning, action memos, briefing external agencies, developing product leaflets and brochure, editing, translating of text.
Evaluate/test the designs/proposals according to procedure.
Monitoring schedules and costs, identifying and solving problems
Transfer of the designs/proposals to suppliers/clients
Ensure the realization/publication of business magazines and commercial communications, such that the desired communication is realized according to plan
Organizing and attending editorial meetings
Managing text and design agencies and photographers
Take care of editing on text
Prepare and monitor procedures, schedules and deadlines
