Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Office Administration / Personal Assistant role
Reception duties, answering of phones, redirecting of calls etc.
Assist the Financial Director with PA duties & tasks in terms of scheduling and arranging of meeting, typing of documentation and other ad hoc duties
Assist with Office admin duties
Stand-in for the PA to the 2 Group Directors when she is out of the office or unavailable
Working hours: Monday Thursdays: 08:00 16:30 and Fridays from 08:00 16:00
