Livestainable (Pty) Ltd is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team in the order fulfillment and logistics department. The ideal candidate should :
* Be able to communicate well with customers and suppliers. (a peoples' person)
* Have good basic financial processes background. Such as generating Purchase orders, invoices, credit notes etc.
* Be well knowledged in Microsoft Office
* Have great problem-solving skills
* Experienced with online orders fulfillment
* Have your own reliable transport
* Working well under pressure is a must,
The roles and responsibilities include,
* Dealing with suppliers daily ordering of goods,
* Following up with suppliers on a continious basis
* Fulfilling orders via Courier online platform
* Generating Purchase orders and Cost price updating if relevant.
* Checking all fulfilled orders delivery status and updating same within our cms.
* Packing goods for courier collection.
* Updating customers on potential delays for orders.
* Assisting customers with timely problem solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
