A Small and Established Hygiene service company based in Midrand seeks your proven working experience , with a person that is able to think out the box and fit into a small environment with attention to detail been a CRITICAL Factor and able to work Independently as a senior office administrator - operations .
Key Responsibilities:
Drawing up schedules
Quoting
Maintaining The stock in the warehouse
Purchasing Stock
Draiwng up service level aggreements
Daily and weekly update reports
Create, maintain and files.
Informing the clients of delivery and Following up with clients
Varied operations duties such as preparing Servce level aggreements drafting Letters ,assistance , sending quotes , requesting customers details, ensuring the costing is correct , annual updates and increases etc
Data capturing and filing.
After sales service
Ordering of office supplies
occasionaly delivering to customers.
Run personal arrends for Director
Requirements:
Matric essential.
Attention to detail is critical.
Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Excel,Outlook).
Own transport essential- Must have own car and Valid Drivers License
Minumum 3 -5 years working experience in an administrative role
Strong Administration skills required
Neat and well groomed.
Pleasant and professional face-to-face and telephonic mannerisms
English first language
Full disclosure of current status of credit record and criminal record
Working Hours are from 7am - mmust be able to start that time (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
Honest and reliable and puntual at all times
