Payroll administrator, East rand - post available in the automotive industry.
MUST have experience in MIBCO, VIP Premier,

VIP Premier
Experienced in salaries for up to 600 employees

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will:

Fully administer the payroll function on the VIP Payroll, ESS and HR system which includes new engagements, terminations, staff movements and monthly payroll input and payment
Ensure compliance with required standards and deadlines as well as Company Policies and Procedures
Reconciliation of General Ledger and cash book
Reconciliation and payments of all third parties including statutory payments (example: SARS, Bargaining Councils, Medical Aid and Retirement Funds)
Diligent and accurate filing
Third party electronic uploads on the various third systems
Prepare and submit monthly reports
Respond to general queries
Assist with ad hoc projects
Assist with any general payroll administration, as requested from time to time
