Product Specialist required to join top corporate concern in the Pretoria area.
5+ years’ experience with clinical support / sales / marketing and previous Product Management experience essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:

End-to-end ownership of the product line.
Overseeing consignment stock, consumables and capex.
Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Accounts and end-user for the effective and profitable supply of product to the market place.
Participate in strategic planning activities for assigned products in order to identify key targets, surgeons and hospitals by specific product.
Facilitate educational programmes, coordinating the programmes through academic and non-academic outlets nationwide.
Oversee distribution of educational tools.
Complete and submit tenders, bids and RFP’s to deadline.
Participate in congresses and events in conjunction with the management team.
Carry out day-today general administrative tasks related to the marketing of the product range.
Prepare material to assist with the training of new and existing staff.
Training of new staff and existing staff in product knowledge relating to those brands under the manager’s control as well as competitive products.
Prepare and present cycle notes to the sales force.
Regularly call on key customers, in conjunction with sales management.
Develop and deliver product presentations, surgical techniques and white papers in support of sales and corporate marketing campaigns.
