Experience and Skills needed
Previous experience in the same or similar position
Receives Guests in a manner which is polite, friendly and efficient
Must have outstanding guest interaction skills.
Checking in and checking out of guests
Answering phone calls, directing them accordingly, assisting when possible
Answering/auctioning of e-mails
Assist with all guests queries
Time management, problem solving, team work and decision making skills are important
Attention to detail is essential
Maintains the appearance of the Front Office Department with reference to tidiness and the safekeeping of all correspondence, dockets and registration details
Personal attributes:
Mature - must be able to move independently and work in a team
Ambitous - wants to make something of their career
Hard working - can work the hours without hesitation
Reliable, responsible and dependable to fulfil obligations
Friendly and service orientated
Energetic and dynamic - be able to handle pressure and have good problem solving skills
