Main purpose of the job: To ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company
standards of appearance and behaviour


Assisting customers at all times

Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times

Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives

Dealing with customer queries

Taking telephonic orders

Ensuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with BUCO's buying policy

Ensuring that agreed delivery times are met

Assisting with loading of customer goods when required
