Full-time

Hahn Plumbing is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales representative whom is capable of effectively selling the company’s services to businesses and individuals while successfully maintaining the relationship with his/her clientele.

The position includes a basic salary of 10 000.00 per month with the primary focus being earning commission on gross profit of sales procured. Commission on repeat business will also apply and so the applicant will need to show a history of good CRM skills in order to be considered.

Sales targets will apply.

A history or basic knowledge of plumbing or the plumbing industry will be beneficial but is not a requirement.

Requirements:

Sales Representative Job description:

Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences etc.
Approach new / prospective clients and secure appointments for estimates / quotations to be given by the company’s Plumbers / Plumbing teams.
Provide the sales manager with sales reports.
Shadow qualified plumbers at quotation appointments in order to learn how to quote.
Inform clients of credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates;
Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;
Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and materials;
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
Contact regular and prospective customers to solicit bookings to complete plumbing work;
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales;
Provide customers with product samples, company specials and catalogs;
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
The company's services offered are:

General maintenance plumbing including but not limited to the fixing and/or replacement of mixers, basins, sinks, showers, toilets, piping, valves, drain systems, geysers, heat pumps, grease traps etc. Maintenance plumbing is required for both residential and commercial buildings.
Construction Plumbing including the installation of water/plumbing systems in new and/or existing buildings. Construction plumbing includes residential buildings, office blocks, shopping malls and small - medium turn key projects.
