Reporting to the Region Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator is our customer service and sales expert who plays a key role in supporting the Sales team in ensuring excellent operational standards and achieving sales targets across the African region.

You enjoy a busy and challenging role where you assist the sales team in the region in preparing costings, reports, quotations, consolidating tender submissions, customer feedback management to ensure the efficient management and operation of the regional sales office.

You are a champion when it comes to building trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and other team members and liaising with the Freight team and Order Fulfilment teams on order fulfillment requirements to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You are the key contact for the customers to keep them updated on products despatches and order status.

With your high attention to detail and organisational skills, you collate and evaluate salesforce data, prepare information for business reviews, and provide insights to the team.

There is more to this role and will be an excellent pathway to front-line sales roles within our business.

Key Criteria:
Experience working in Manufacturing or similar industry
Qualifications in Business / Sales
Experience using Salesforce is desirable
Language- fluent in English 1st and Afrikaans 2nd language- Written and Verbal
This role is based in Johannesburg.
