Senior Administrator, Operations- job post

Job description
Sanne wishes to recruit an ambitious bright mind with the positivity, personality and drive to add value and create an impact on our operations, people and culture. The role will be to provide assistance to the Operations Manager in the financial services industry and excellent development of key transferable skills whilst working within in a dynamic, vibrant and collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Operations manager to oversee daily business operations;
Responsible for encouraging and coaching best practice aligned with company policies and procedures within the office
Proactively recommend improvements to processes and develop new methods;
Administering the internal banking function, monitoring and updating access levels as required, adding accounts to platforms and maintaining controls in line with minimum standards;
Ensuring internal database records are accurate at all times in relation to client information and updated when circumstances change;
Compiling, reconciling and analysis of data and reports and distribution to relevant departments
Liaising with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Scheduling and coordinating internal events, training and presentations
Maintaining databases tracking client care plans, including up to date contacts and frequency of meetings
Oversight of cash management services and processing of payments in line with internal processes and client specific procedures;
Ensure proactive daily task monitoring is demonstrated;
Adherence to internal policies, controls and systems, including meeting any internal deadlines; and
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and office administration and other such tasks as maybe required.
Requirements
Skills / Experience:

Educated to level or degree standard.
2+ years’ experience within the financial industry (preferable);
Excellent verbal and written skills with a strong attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues;
Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information;
Strong IT and numerical skills and proficient experience of Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint, Teams and Excel;
Impeccable organization and time management skills;
Willingness to be challenged and be flexible;
Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment;
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability; and
Strong self-motivation, ambition and drive.
