Key: Minimum Matric (Grade 12). Minimum 5 years experience - Construction. Good interpersonal skills, writing abilities and organisational skills. IT literacy - CCS, MS WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK (Essential).

Able to work under pressure. Fluent English. Strong attention to detail - good record keeping skills. Drivers Licence - Own transport.

FINANCIAL, OPERATIONAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Contracts managed financially sound, Knowledge JBCC, Fidic and NEC3 contracts (Essential). Complete contracts within deadlines. Ensure compliance with Construction Charter requirements (Essential). LEADERSHIP & TRANSFORMATION REQUIREMENTS: Role model for leading high performance teams, commit to company values, demonstrate respect for people and appreciate diversity, Review team performance.

PARTNERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Build outstanding relationships with clients and suppliers, Entrench trust and confidence in peers and subordinates, Professional conduct and work displaying integrity.
