Minimum requirements

Qualification

Grade 12

Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Experience

At least 4 years working experience in Customer services environment

2 years solid experience in IT support duties

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Basic understanding of technical issues and able to explain to the customers
