Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Receive stock from vendors/suppliers
Carry out stock rotation in line with FIFO principle.
Place stock according to the required temperature in line with the supply cold chain.
Performs admin related work pertaining to receiving of stock
Files copies of invoices, receiving documents and picking slips for audit purposes
Issue stock on the system as requested by the Laboratories to ensure reorder of new stock.
Delivers stock to the various laboratories and handles all admin related work to ensure all requested stock has been delivered and signed for.
Place orders with vendors as required by the laboratories.
Qualifications and Experience:

Must have Grade 12
1-2 year’s Relevant Working Experience
Experience in handling stock in Pathology environment would be an advantage.
