Job functions
Managing sales team
Assisting sales teams with client visits and negotiations
Training sales teams
Managing customer accounts and generating sales revenue growth – new and existing clients
Determine prospective client needs and tailor make solutions/packages to best suite those needs
Responsible for after sales service in order to ensure client retention
Building and maintaining relationships with clients/customers
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Informing customers of new product offerings
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Base retention – attending to client needs
Requirements and Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
5-8 years sales experience in office automation
Leadership traits and characteristics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hardworking with a strong work ethic
Target driven and competitive
Self-motivated with results oriented focus
Good people management skills with the ability to lead and manage a sales team to exceptional levels of success
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
