Description:

Ensure that the Branch provides the highest possible levels of customer service
Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, And Internal Control Procedures
Ensure that the Branch operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa’s Bingo industry
The Surveillance personnel are responsible for monitoring Surveillance of the Branch during operational hours
Monitor and ensure that clearance is completed in line with Company Policies and Procedures
Monitor and ensure that count is completed and verified in line with Company Policies and Procedures
Surveillance personnel are responsible for completing Audits of gaming events in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
To ensure that management are informed of any non-compliance matters
Report any suspicious behavior/ patron or activities to the Branch Manager or Duty Manager or Senior Surveillance officer
Report any irregular activities on the Branch premises to the Branch Manager or Duty Manager or Senior Surveillance officer
Assist with training of new surveillance personnel

EXPERIENTIAL OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Surveillance experience is preferred
Grade 12
PSIRA registration compulsory
