YOUR ROLE
The position is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in their daily administration and technical reporting tasks.
The incumbent will work entirely in the market segments under the umbrella of Packaging and Consumer Solutions, with-in the A Industrial Business, that are assigned to by the reporting manager.
Interacting with internal functions namely customer service, supply chain, technical service, marketing, OTC (Finance) to ensure smooth account management.
Assisting Sales Department in ensuring all customer disputes relating to invoicing, accounts, stock are handled in timeous manner and communicated to the respective stakeholders.
Assisting Sales Department in coordination of account activities namely, accounts receivables, new account opening, price list updates, and timely update of the customer records to the related departments.
Making sure that monthly reports are sent on time within the first 3 working days of each month with the required template.
Making sure that monthly 3 monthsโ€™ future sales forecasts are distribute to team in the first 3 working day of each month/ track deviation against previous submission.
The position will requires customer visits, along with the respective account manager.
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Chemical Engineering
Be organized with personal workload, efficient and accurate.
Attention to detail is essential. Be proactive and work on own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and network across other functions/business units.
Good written and verbal communication skills, team player, problem solver, proficiency in MS Office applications.(Word/Excel/ Powerpoint)
