Hometown Glory Trading (Pty) Ltd
R7 500 - R10 000 a month - Full-time, Permanent
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all Office and Administrative duties within Hometown Glory Trading (Pty) Ltd are carried out as efficiently as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly reports
Issue of job cards
Prepare quotations and invoices
Prepare tender documents
Arrange meetings
All general office administration duties
Financial reporting
Handling faxes, incoming and outgoing mail
COMPETENCIES
Grade 12
Min of 2 to 3 years experience
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent Time Management skills
Computer literacy
Strong financial and administration skills.
Fluently in English
Must have a driving license is an advantage
Must be able to work under pressure and independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R7,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Tender Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
