and to provide administrative support to the Office of the Company Secretary
Key Responsibility Areas
Transport the Chairman of the Board/Board Members and passengers to and from destinations in a
comfortable, safe and efficient manner;
Handle minor repairs and maintenance and coordinate major vehicle maintenance through third party service
companies;
Drop and pick up staff and business partners of the Company from gatherings, airplane terminals as instructed
and when required; and
Assist with Office administration.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: Matric Plus Driver’s licence (Code 08 and Public Drivers Permit).
Experience: 3 years senior executive/personal chauffeur experience as well as three (3) years general
administrative support in the corporate environment.
Technical Competencies Description
Knowledge of: driving safety principles, including, anti-hijack tracking and defensive driving training; Knowledge
of corporate security protocols; Familiarity with GPS devices or map applications; Familiarity with suburbs and
traffic routes in an around Gauteng; Knowledge of general safety principles; Understanding and application of risk
assessments; knowledge of the cities to drive in; Basic knowledge of personal security; Basic knowledge of vehicle
maintenance; Knowledge of general document administration.

skills; Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills; Self management; Map-reading skills; customer
service; Attention to detail and client satisfaction; Office Management; Ability to operate office equipment in the
Company Secretary environment; Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and promptly.

Successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment test.
Maintain current active status of all required licenses at all times, and must carry the license at all times while
on duty.
