Duties & Responsibilities
•Delivery of outright/consumables orders
Assist with below functions when no deliveries:
•Servicing of all washroom equipment (including sanitary bins) INCLUDING the cleaning/wiping of washroom equipment on customer sites
•Service according to the specified deep cleaning procedure and conduct services according to the Basic Principles of Cleaning and HACCP whilst taking note of any client specifications as well
•Servicing of all plants and water coolers INCLUDING the cleaning/wiping/tidying/filling of plants and water units, respectively, on customer sites
•Ensure that all customers’ deliveries allocated for the day and the month are completed on time, effectively and efficiently
•Ensure that all documentation e.g. delivery notes, service records and service advise are completed correctly and that the client signs proof of delivery and that these are returned to the office the same day
•Report all servicing, equipment, customer or site problems, in writing, on the service advice as well as during debriefing phase 1 to controller on the same day
•Ensure equipment is in good working order at all times
•Pay prompt attention to customer complaints and resolve efficiently and timeously
•Report incidents and accidents to the Operations Manager and SHEQ Department immediately
•Portray a positive image at all times
•Work overtime as instructed by Management and operational requirements - but only with permission
•Wear company uniform and all relevant Personal Protective equipment
•Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
•Provide a high-quality service with a polite and professional approach
•Ensure that client service levels are maintained to the highest possible standards
•Comply with, implement and maintain all company systems, policies and procedures
•Carry out any reasonable and lawful instruction given by your immediate superior or person in authority
•Treat all customers and colleagues with respect in the best interest of the employer

Qualifications
• Grade 12/Matric
• Min of 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be currently driving
• Must have code 10 with PDP
• The applicant must know the JHB and PTA surroundings
• Hygiene background
• Experience on movement of all stock
• Customer Service experience
