What we need
We need a smart, diligent Accounts Receivable Clerk, with at least one relevant role on their CV, to work with our AR Credit Controller. We have created an AR business over the past year and we are creating a sizeable team to ensure that we can deliver the ever-growing book of business that we are winning.

This person will support and learn from our AR Credit Controller, ensuring that we have a robust process for collection, verifying and validation of receivables. Someone who is comfortable making sense of complex data is needed. Opportunities to grow in the AR space will naturally follow, and we have other products that may afford professional growth across BOOST&Co;to the right candidate.

Skills required
This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone genuinely smart who is ambitious and determined to succeed in this space. We seek someone who has performed one relevant role, but otherwise we are focused on organisational cultural fit and potential for growth. Looking at this opening in particular, we will welcome those with a background in either Liberal Arts or Philosophy who are targeting a career in finance. This is because this is a role that requires the ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. Indeed, this person must have a love of switching up and down from detail to the more general view.

We are also looking for someone brave and excited about joining a small, entrepreneurial firm. We are growing very quickly, with the infrastructure to enable success already in place, and we look forward to finding someone who chooses Cape Town for the perfect balance between their lifestyle and professional growth.
