Must have a culinary qualification with previous 2 years experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a 5 star, fine dining lodge or restaurant. Good interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with international guests. Must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Stock control, creating and costing menus and training of staff are just some of your daily duties.
Must be able to work in an isolated lodge environment. Single live in position, working 36 days on 12 days off leave cycle.
